You may use this course content for one "entity." That is, you may use this course content as many times as you would like for yourself, but you may not use it for any other individual or for any of its content for training purposes. The agreement is for the registration period that begins the day your password is issued.  After the course registration period is over.  Your password will be inactive.

• We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
• We use encryption to protect your information contained in our customer list. We use a firewall to protect against unlawful intrusion.

• We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
• It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

• No system can guarantee absolute security, just as the finest lock can not guarantee physical security.  However, we take every reasonable precaution to assure that your data is secure.

Support Policies

We take pride in offering complete customer support for our training program. We created the course and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:

• We will support all course issues for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• We offer free support to active students only.

Refund Policy

Online course registrations are non-refundable but are transferable to another online course.  If you have viewing problems with any course content, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue. Transfer to another course is only available during the first 30 days of registration.  If you did not receive your training kit, or if you have a problem with the kit, you will need to notify us within 30 days of payment to receive a replacement kit.
